Protein ID-Mass spec_OCT4 interacting protein in neuroblastoma cells

OCT4-mycDDK recombinant protein was expressed in a human neuroblastoma cell line. OCT4-mycDDK protein was pulled down by immunoprecipitation (IP) using EZview Red anti-FLAG M2 affinity purification, and the protein was separated on SDS-PAGE to cut the appropriate bands out to be analyzed at the Proteomics Core Facility of University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX

OCT4-mycDDK 重构蛋白在人类神经母细胞瘤细胞系中得以表达。通过使用EZview Red抗FLAG M2亲和纯化试剂盒进行免疫沉淀（IP），成功捕获了OCT4-mycDDK蛋白，随后该蛋白经SDS-PAGE分离，从中切割出合适的条带，以供德克萨斯大学西南医学中心蛋白质组学核心设施进行分析。
