Current Psychology, 44, 10647–10657.Dataset: Virtual_Places_Mental_Health_Moderation This dataset contains data from a representative sample of Polish citizens (N = 1250). It focuses on identifying the psychological "anchors" (interpersonal and place attachments) that moderate the impact of digital engagement on psychological distress.Key Variables and Measures:Psychological Distress (PHQ-GAD): A composite measure of depression and anxiety symptoms.Interpersonal Attachment (ECR-R): Two dimensions of attachment in close relationships: Anxiety (fear of rejection) and Avoidance (discomfort with intimacy).Lack of Place Attachment (Place Relativity): The extent to which an individual feels unattached to their physical place of residence (treating places as interchangeable).Use of Virtual Places: Frequency of engagement across 7 types of digital environments (social media, VR, games, etc.).
