Statistical analyses have not been performed on these data due to the fact that a motor unit's firing rate is dependent on its recruitment threshold. Post-testing involved assessing the same absolute force level examined during the pre-test, as well as 50% of the new MVC value. Note the similar firing rates for the two muscles.
