Data for the investigation of multi-functional emissive materials (electron transporter cum emitter) for OLED applications. The materials have been developed by appending triphenyl-phosphine-oxide (Ph3P=O) (an electron transport enhancer) to the carbazole. We find that our TADF host 𝑆<sub>1</sub> has better electron transporting capability than some standard electron transport materials (TAZ) while competitively similar with some others (AlQ3) being only slightly inferior to some (TPBi) and 2 order of magnitude smaller than some (BPhen). The device performance is improved due to the presence of thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF).We report the fabrication of electron only device (EOD) based on the electron transport cum TADF emissive material 𝑆<sub>1</sub>. Employing impedance spectroscopy we determine the electron mobility, within reasonable limits.
