Speech Test Dataset (SRT & SRM) for "Better-ear glimpsing with symmetrically-placed interferers in bilateral cochlear implant users"

This dataset accompanies the study "Better-ear glimpsing with symmetrically-placed interferers in bilateral cochlear implant users" by Hongmei Hu, Mathias Dietz, Ben Williges, and Stephan D. Ewert. The study investigates spatial hearing and speech recognition performance in bilateral cochlear implant (BICI) users, with a focus on better-ear glimpsing effects under symmetrically placed interferer conditions. The dataset includes speech reception threshold (SRT) measurements and spatial release from masking (SRM) data from bilateral cochlear implant (CI) users, as well as from normal-hearing listeners with and without vocoded speech.
