BMI: Bone mass index; BMC: bone mineral content; aBMD: areal bone mineral density; vBMD: volumetric bone mineral density; CSA: cross-sectional area. cBMC: cortical BMC; cBMD: cortical BMD; cCSA: cortical CSA; tBMC: trabecular BMC; tBMD: trabecular BMD; tCSA: trabecular CSA.
