Replication Package for "Walking the Tightrope: Contract Enforcement and Self-Policing under AML Regulation in China's Stablecoin OTC Market"

This repository contains the public replication materials for the manuscript “Walking the Tightrope: Contract Enforcement and Self-Policing under AML Regulation in China’s Stablecoin OTC Market.” The package includes an anonymized interview sample table, derived and coded court-decision data, predicate-offense coding, a public court-decision source manifest, codebooks, a source manifest for public reports and legal materials, processed aggregate data used for Figures 3 and 4, and scripts for reproducing the figures. The repository publishes derived data and documentation rather than sensitive raw materials. Interview recordings, transcripts, fieldnotes, raw legal-database exports, and full judgment texts are not included because they may contain confidential information, copyrighted database content, personal data, bank-card details, wallet addresses, or other information that could create privacy or re-identification risks. For court decisions, the package provides public case identifiers, original source titles, English title translations, source information, coding variables, and coding rules.
