Decision-Event Reconstructability Scoring Workbook v0.15 (Spec v0.3 Recomputed): GOV.UK ATRS Pilot P01-P10

This dataset deposit provides the master scoring workbook for the Decision-Event Reconstructability (DER) pilot study on ten purposively selected GOV.UK Algorithmic Transparency Records (P01-P10), recomputed and confirmed under Scoring Specification v0.3. The workbook contains the active scoring sheet, field guide, source register, ambiguity log, summary sheet, consistency pass, and recompute confirmation materials used in the pilot. It records field-level 0/1/2 scores across eight evidence fields: F1 decision-event identification, F2 operational context, F3 AI or algorithmic contribution, F4 human contribution, F5 data/scope boundary, F6 committed outcome, F7 review/audit pathway, and F8 reconstruction sufficiency. The workbook supports reproducibility of the pilot scoring process. It preserves field-level evidence notes and ambiguity records used to distinguish system/process transparency, event-class reconstructability, and event-instance reconstructability in the public records. It also records recomputation / confirmation checks under Spec v0.3. It provides the scoring workbook and associated workbook-level evidence for reproducibility of the pilot scoring process only. The scoring instrument is not validated.
