The Rip1 cytochrome bc1 catalytic subunit modulates antifungal tolerance in Candida auris

Comparative transcriptomic profiling of Candida auris rip1∆ and WT RNA Sequencing was conducted on a Candida auris B8441 and its rip1∆. The cells were cultivated to the exponential phase in YPD and YP-2% Glycerol at 37°C with agitation at 200rpm. Subsequently, cultures were harvested, and RNA isolation was performed, followed by the preparation of sequencing libraries for three biological replicates.
