Airbnb data and SLL_Genova

The dataset collects and organises data on short-term rentals mediated by the Airbnb platform in the Sistema Locale del Lavoro (SLL) of Genova for the period 2017–2024. The data has been sourced from the AirDNA database and subsequently processed and aggregated for reuse in territorial, statistical and economic analyses. The following items are included in the package: Vector files in the .shp format, accompanied by the georeferenced location of the listings. The following tables are provided in both .csv and .xls format, and they contain the main descriptive variables derived from the AirDNA database.
