A single fluke was used to create PacBio HiFi libraries, with HiFiasm used to create an assembly from reads from a single Sequel II SMRT cell. Some additional scaffolding was performed with 10X linked reads (to give assembly ERZ15578199). A combination of short-read RNAseq and PacBio Isoseq was used in a annotation within Funannotate. A separate assembly with an extra SMRT cell from the same sample and library was used to generate assembly ERZ15595973, again using hifiasm, but with no scaffolding.
