Assessment of oomycete communities Raw sequence reads

Oomycetes are some of New Zealand's most devastating plant pathogens. This project involved testing the different primer sets to identify ones that were more broad range/specific towards the detection and coverage of oomycete groups which often tend to be missed when using more general fungal primers.
