Drought Communities Programme Extension

The Drought Communities Programme (DCP) Extension supports communities in the most drought-affected regions of Australia, funding local councils to complete local infrastructure and other drought relief projects. \r\n\r\nAs at 28 January 2020, 180 Councils have access to $301 million in funding providing an economic stimulus, creating jobs and supporting local communities.\r\n\r\nThe Drought Communities Programme Extension is being administered through the Business Grants Hub at the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources.\r\n\r\nInformation about the DCP Extension, including a list of eligible councils, the program guidelines and application process is available at www.business.gov.au/dcp or call 13 28 46.
