We aimed to determine the effect of inulin and Trichuris suis soluble product (TsSP) on inflammatory gene expression in LPS-induced macrophages. Overall design: RAW 264.7 macrophages were stimulated in the presence of inulin plus or minus helminth products, then stimulated with LPS. Then, incubated for 6 hours at 37°C, 5% CO2.
