To investigate the impact of ILF3 deficiency on macrophages, a proteomics analysis can be conducted comparing ILF3 knockout (ILF3-KO) macrophages with control macrophages expressing normal levels of ILF3. This analysis will enable a detailed examination of the protein expression profiles and changes attributable to ILF3 absence, shedding light on its functional roles in macrophage biology.
