## Description of the data and file structure

DNA sequencing of two nuclear (ITS and *Xdh*) and four chloroplast gene regions (*trn*D-*trn*E, *psb*A-*trn*H, *trn*T-*trn*L, partial *mat*K gene) from 74 accessions of the *Bulbophyllum lobbii* complex (14 spp.) for molecular phylogenetic, biogeographical and diversification rate analysis.
