PTEN treatment can affect the tumor growth of PTEN knockout B16-F10 cells in C57BL/6J mice,We hope to analyze the changes that occur in various cells in tumors through single-cell RNA sequencing. Overall design: PTEN-knockout B16F-10 cells were subcutaneously injected into C57BL/6J mice (1.0×10^5 cells per mouse). After tumors reached approximately 100 mm3 in volume, PTEN (10 μg/day, 7 days) or PBS were intratumorally injected and tumors were harvested for scRNAseq
