CyTOF mass cytometry dataset for "Aging of the adaptive immune system affects the gut microbiome and systemic levels of vitamin B6"

This dataset contains raw CyTOF / mass cytometry FCS files and associated metadata for the manuscript “Aging of the adaptive immune system affects the gut microbiome and systemic levels of vitamin B6”. Samples were acquired using a Helios Mass Cytometer. The uploaded FCS files are raw data files and are organized by the original experiment folders, each compressed into a separate ZIP archive. Reagent, treatment, and protocol information are provided in the accompanying metadata files. The dataset is deposited to support publication and reuse of the raw CyTOF data.
