To investigate the effects of disrupting Cu homeostasis on A549 cells in vitro, we treated cells with sDMEM supplemented with 0µM(control), 30µM, or 200µM CuCl2 for 2 or 4 hours Overall design: Following RNA extraction, poly(A) enrichment library generation, and sequencing, we then performed differential expression analysis of extracted RNA, comparing 30µM or 200µM-CuCl2-treated cells to 0µM-CuCl2-treated cells at 2 hours and 4 hours
