Juvenile Spider Mites Induce Salicylate Defenses, but Not Jasmonate Defenses, Unlike Adults

This data set contains all the data for this publication sorted per table/figure. The title of each data sheet refers to the corresponding table/figure in the publication. The data in this file are processed i.e. for the qPCRs we included the relative expression of the target gene after normalization with the housekeeping gene and as an average of the biological replicates. In some case expression was also normalized for mite survivial in a seperate column but - as indicated in the manuscript - this survival correction had no significant impact on the differeces across treatments (see also methods description in the publication). <br><br><br>
