The semi-analytic theory and computation of finite-depth standing water waves

We include our source code and data for the paper "The semi-analytic theory and computation of finite-depth standing water waves", arXiv:2401.00844 by Ahmad Abassi and Jon Wilkening. We include our code to compute arbitrary-order asymptotic expansions of standing water waves of finite depth as well as our shooting method code. The shooting method solutions validate the correctness of the expansion solutions and allow us to quantify the errors in the direct expansions and their Pade approximants.
