Data Resource Compliance and Ownership Assessment: Conduct due diligence on the data attributes of data resources owned or controlled by enterprises, and perform compliance assessment of data legality and enterprise ownership in accordance with regulations on data resource inclusion in financial statements and rights confirmation issued by the Ministry of Finance, local governments, the China Appraisal Society and other relevant authorities, to help enterprises include their data resources in financial statements. 2. Data Product (Service) Listing and Transaction Compliance Assessment: Conduct compliance assessment and rectification for enterprises' to-be-listed data products or services, assist enterprises in completing the compliant listing of their data products or services, and help enterprises finish the transaction process of data products or services as well as post-transaction risk management compliance work. 3. Enterprise Data Compliance Management System Construction: Include building data compliance management systems, drafting and revising documents such as privacy policies, corporate data management specifications, data processing agreements and personal information subject request response rules, assist enterprises in responding to data security incidents, and help enterprises carry out personal information security impact assessments and other related tasks. 4. Cybersecurity and Data Project Risk Assessment and Due Diligence: Include identifying and resolving cybersecurity and data compliance risks before IPO, conducting cybersecurity and data compliance due diligence in merger and acquisition transactions, as well as carrying out cybersecurity and data compliance assessment and analysis in fields including internet finance, artificial intelligence, intelligent connected technologies, medical big data, smart healthcare and smart cities. 5. Data Cross-Border Compliance Assessment: Include conducting security assessment for outbound domestic data (including personal information), providing full-process compliance services for outbound personal information, and offering full-process compliance services for inbound foreign data.
