A Data Set For Few-Shot Segmentation on Industrial Surface Defect Detation

We create a new dataset, Industrial-5i, for the problem of k-shot image segmentation. Industrial-5i is based on common industrial datasets such as MVTE-AD , KolektorSDD , Magnetic Tile Defect , RSDDs , and BSData, with a total of 20 products. Each product consists of a positive sample set without defects and a negative sample set with defects. Each negative sample has a pixel-level labeled binary mask.我们针对k样本图像分割（k-shot image segmentation）任务构建了全新数据集Industrial-5i。该数据集依托MVTE-AD、KolektorSDD、Magnetic Tile Defect、RSDDs与BSData等常见工业数据集构建，共涵盖20类工业产品。每类产品均包含无缺陷的正样本集与带缺陷的负样本集，且所有负样本均配有像素级标注的二值掩码。
