Resilience, Well-Being, and Workplace Outcomes of Croatian, Thai, and US Workers during COVID-19

This study examined the direct and indirect effects of employee resilience, through well-being, on job productivity and relational satisfaction among extraverted versus introverted workers in Croatia, Thailand, and the United States during the early period of the COVID-19 pandemic. It also contrasted supervisors’ and employees’ mutual expectations of each other during the pandemic. Quantitative and qualitative analyses revealed strategies for promoting employee resilience during this unprecedented global health crisis. <br>
