Supplementary data for: rsEEG patterns of anxiety and perceived social support: a cross-sectional study in healthy university students

This repository contains the supplementary dataset and comprehensive statistical analysis reports accompanying the manuscript titled "rsEEG patterns of anxiety and perceived social support: a cross-sectional study in healthy university students". The provided material encompasses the complete analytical workflow utilized to evaluate the study's primary outcomes, ensuring maximum transparency, traceability, and reproducibility of the findings. Specifically, the repository includes the embedded source database containing all curated variables, alongside full analytical reports derived from Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA), which feature factor loading matrices, score plots, and clustering dendrograms. Furthermore, it details the mixed linear modeling pipeline, including parameter estimates, variance component breakdowns, and tables for fixed and random effects. These results are complemented by comprehensive statistical summaries and graphical representations of Tukey's Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) post-hoc tests for rigorous pairwise comparisons. All data pipelines, interactive tables, and high-resolution statistical graphics were generated using JMP Statistical Software. The analysis is preserved within this environment to allow researchers and peer-reviewers to thoroughly explore the dynamic plots and statistical fits that substantiate the relationships between resting-state electroencephalography (rsEEG) patterns, anxiety levels, and perceived social support among the evaluated cohort.
