Ecuador: main reasons why consumers do not buy online 2020

During a survey conducted in Ecuador in 2020, 14 percent of consumers surveyed who stated not to purchase online expressed that their main reason for not doing so was the fear of being deceived or tricked. In addition, 12 percent of participants said they did not buy over the Internet out of fear of giving out their personal information.
