RNA-seq profile of transgenic hindbrains expressing heat-shock induced constitutively activated fgfR1 (Tg(hsp70:ca-fgfr1)) and compared to heat-shocked counterparts Method: 22hpf embryos were heat-shocked for 30min at 38.5°C and then incubated for 2hr at 28.5°C . After hindbrains were microdissected and the RNA was extracted. fgfR1 overexpression was checked by qPCR and samples were selected for sequencing Overall design: 4 control heat-shoked samples and 4 constitutively active fgfr1 were deep sequenced
