Limb Symmetry Index Values Across Different Knee Flexor Strength Testing Conditions in Healthy Recreational Athletes

<p class="isSelectedEnd" style="letter-spacing:normal;color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">This dataset contains anonymized participant-level data on knee flexor muscle strength and limb symmetry index (LSI) values obtained across different strength testing conditions in healthy recreational athletes. The aim of data collection was to compare LSI values across commonly used knee flexor strength testing conditions and to examine relationships between normalized strength outcomes obtained under different mechanical conditions.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd" style="letter-spacing:normal;color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">The dataset includes normalized maximal strength values for dominant and nondominant limbs measured using force-plate isometric tests, a static dynamometer, and an isokinetic dynamometer under three angular velocities. For each testing condition, LSI values were calculated. Basic anthropometric variables (age, sex, body mass, body height, BMI) are also provided.</p><p style="letter-spacing:normal;color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">All data are fully anonymized and shared as processed outcomes suitable for methodological, comparative, and educational use in sports medicine and physiotherapy research.</p>
