We uploaded the compressed file entitled as "Primate_Genome_Annotation_GFF_Files.zip". In this zip file, we described the genome annotations (GFF files) of 27 primate long-read sequencing genomes in the Phase 1 of Primate Long-Read Genome Sequencing Project. Meanwhile, their matched genome assemblies have been uploaded to the NCBI assembly database. For each gff annotation file of these primate genomes, it was named by the layout, species_name.annotation.gff.
