An object of the present invention is to provide a composite sheet having both water repellency, water resistance, transparency and mechanical strength. The present invention is a sheet having a fibrous layer and a coat layer on the fibrous layer, wherein the fibrous layer contains 60% by mass or more of fine fibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1,000 nm or less, the haze of the sheet is 20% or less, and the surface of the sheet on the side of the coat layer side of the sheet. It relates to a sheet having a water contact angle of 70 degrees or more after 30 seconds of dropping distilled water. The present invention addresses the problem of providing a composite sheet provided with all of water repellency, water resistance, transparency, and mechanical strength. The present invention relates to a sheet including a fiber layer and a coating layer on the fiber layer, wherein the fiber layer includes 60 mass% or more of fine fibrous cellulose, the fibrous fiber cellulose having a fiber width of 1000 nm or less, the haze of the sheet is 20% or less, and the water contact angle of a surface at the coating layer side of the sheet 30 seconds after distilled water has dropped thereon is 70 degrees or more.
