Pelagic-benthic decoupling? Ecosystem restructuring in the Northern Bering and Chukchi seas as part of the synthesis phase of the Arctic Integrated Ecosystem Research Program (Arctic IERP) project 62: Zooplankton anaylsis in R

Data products generated through Arctic IEPR Synthesis analyses are categorized as INPUT and OUTPUT files. INPUT files consist of compiled datasets derived from publicly available sources, while OUTPUT files reflect processed and modeled products. There are two INPUT files in csv format (Gonzalez_INPUT_env_phyto_zoo_taxa.csv; Spear_Kimmel_INPUT_zoop_process_biomass) and one INPUT file in rds format (Thorson_INPUT_All_Eco_Component_2002_2022.rds) which is a native binary file format for the R programming language. There is only one OUTPUT file (Thorson_OUTPUT_All_Eco_Component_2002_2022_index) in csv format; these are the model results using the Thorson INPUT file and R code (Thorson_tinyVAST_Rcode_index_standard.R file). All INPUT files have accompanying README files with the file name appended at the end describing all the data.
