通过金华市公交集团的指挥调度监控系统，收集公交车辆的站点和GPS里程信息，分析路线的站点密度分布情况，为合理规划公交路线的站点提供可视化分析决策支撑。 1、数据采集：通过安金华市公交集团的指挥调度监控系统采集公交车辆的站点里程、GPS里程等信息。
2、数据处理：对采集到站点和GPS里程的数据进行完整性和一致性校验，剔除无效和错误数据；
3、数据加工：根据不同单程路线计算累计的站点数和GPS里程数，计算平均站点里程密度=GPS里程数/累计站点数，根据平均站点里程密度的大小判断密度等级，密度值小于0.2为高密度等级，密度值在（0.2，1）之间为中等密度等级，密度值大于1为低密度等级。
4、数据应用：结合公交车路线的起点站和终点站，将GPS里程信息和密度等级数据映射至地图上，便于站点路线规划的可视化分析。

Data was collected from the command, dispatch and monitoring system of Jinhua Bus Group, capturing stop and GPS mileage information of public transit vehicles, to analyze the stop density distribution of bus routes and provide visualized analytical decision-making support for the rational planning of bus route stops.
1. Data Collection: Relevant data including stop mileage and GPS mileage of public transport vehicles was collected via the command, dispatch and monitoring system of Jinhua Bus Group.
2. Data Processing: Integrity and consistency verification was conducted on the collected stop and GPS mileage data, and invalid and erroneous data were eliminated.
3. Data Refinement: For each one-way bus route, the cumulative number of stops and cumulative GPS mileage were calculated. The average stop mileage density was defined as the ratio of cumulative GPS mileage to the cumulative number of stops. Density levels were categorized as follows: high density for values less than 0.2, medium density for values between 0.2 and 1, and low density for values greater than 1.
4. Data Application: Combined with the start and end stops of bus routes, GPS mileage information and density level data were mapped onto digital maps to facilitate visualized analysis for bus route planning.
