singlecell RNA sequencing of lung transplanted human

This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from human lung transplant recipients.Lung tissue samples were collected from both CLAD patients and donor to assess cellular heterogeneity and gene expression dynamics. Lung tissue samples were obtained from human lung transplant recipients diagnosed with chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) and from donor. Single-cell suspensions were prepared from these tissues and processed using the 10x Genomics Chromium platform. Raw sequencing data were processed with Cell Ranger, followed by clustering, UMAP visualization, and differential gene expression analysis using Seurat.
