Notch activity is modulated by the Adhesion GPCR Latrophilin binding to the DSL ligand in the germline stem cell niche in C. elegans Molecular Dynamics data on the modelled lag-2 lat-1 complex including the GAIN and RBL domain. lag-lat : Full complex of lag-2 with GAIN and RBL of lat-1 Molecular Dynamics Data is provided as XTC file without water molecules and salt; 3 x 1,000 ns trajectories in 50 ps time-step. Topology is provided as respective GRO / PDB file.
