MACseq dataset This dataset accompanies macpie R package and serves as a comprehensive example for demonstrating its core functionalities, including quality control, visualization, and differential expression analysis of high-throughput transcriptomic (HTTr) data. The dataset is from a representative MAC-seq experiment.
