16S rRNA genes of bacteria and ITS regions of RNA operon of fungi from plastic and steel samples exposed in a pond at a solid waste landfill

The overall objective of this study was to analyze the composition of microbial communities formed on the surface of samples of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polystyrene (PS) and steel (ST) materials that were exposed in a small pond located on the territory of a solid waste landfill.
