Carbon Dioxide Fluxes of a Young Deciduous Afforestation Under the Influence of Seasonal Precipitation Patterns and Frequent Typhoon Occurrence

We measured carbon dioxide fluxes of a young deciduous afforestation in tropical southern Taiwan via eddy covariance and forest inventory data. Data contains half hourly CO2 flux values (original, after u* filtering (without specific wind directions) and gap filled), solar radiation, air temperature, soil temperature, relative humidity, soil moisture, wind direction, wind speed, friction velocity, obukhov length, sigmav. Annual increment in above ground biomass derived from forest inventory data and mean tree height.
