miRNA expression in Twist overexpressing breast cancer cell line MCF-7

The breast cancer cell line MCF-7 was engineered to overexpress the Twist gene resulting in the MCF-7/Twist cell line. To study which miRNA are regulated by Twist, we employed whole genome microarray expression profiling and compared miRNA expression between MCF-7/Twist and MCF-7 cells. Two biological replicates of each cell line were analyzed for miRNA expression.
