This is a dataset to train a language model (which works with text) to emit information useful for a observe-orient-decide-act (*OODA*) - loop. A OODA loop can be used for *decision making*. This is mainly intented for models which do *decision making* for an **agent**. --- license: llama2 --- It is under llama2 license because some of the information was generated with a LLaMA-2 model.
