Printed reports of lands sales bound into volumes; there are two identical volumes for 1853. The reports are set out under the headings: lots, situation (county and district), acreage (and whether sold, not offered, or forfeited), by whom deposit forfeited, allotment and section, price, purchaser's name, residence, amount realised, remarks.
