Contains Advances Account showing amounts advanced by the Colonial Treasurer and payments for wages and general expenses, a large number of these being incurred on behalf of the gold escort. In the front of the volume there are accounts for shearers, shearing expenses, hutkeepers, Aborigines, overseers, gardeners and cooks which suggests that these are the private accounts of Charles Henry Green as a farmer rather than as Gold Commissioner.
