Carbapenemase-Producing Enterobacterales and Their Carbapenemase Genes are Stably Recovered Across the Wastewater-Watershed Ecosystem Nexus

Upstream, downstream, stormwater, influent, and effluent across the wastewater treatment were collected, and wholemetagenome sequencing was conducted. The objective of this study was to identify the fate of antibiotics resistance genes after being processed through wastewater treatment.
