资源简介:
This dataset comprises raw and processed data supporting the investigation into the mechanical performance and pore evolution of 3D-printed continuous carbon fiber-reinforced polyether ether ketone composites under vacuum and atmospheric environments. Prepreg filaments with varying impregnation qualities were fabricated using a custom-built impregnation device. A Taguchi experimental design was employed to systematically evaluate the effects of nozzle temperature, printing speed, layer thickness, and impregnation quality under both conditions. The dataset includes:Raw Material and Prepreg Characterization: Thermogravimetric analysis data and fiber volume fractions of prepreg filaments with different impregnation qualities.Processing Parameters: Full factorial parameter sets based on the Taguchi method, including environment, temperature, speed, layer thickness, etc.Mechanical Property Data: Tensile strength, elastic modulus, and other relevant data for specimens printed under all experimental conditions.Structural and Morphological Analysis: Crystallinity data obtained from DSC; pore morphology, distribution, size, and surface roughness data acquired via optical microscopy and CT scanning.Theoretical Model Parameters: Key parameters and calculation results supporting the proposed pore evolution mechanism and the theoretical model for predicting fiber volume fraction.
