We used RNA-seq analyses and in vivo Heligmosomoides polygyrus (Hp) infection mouse models to identify roles for the CXCR5-expressing DCs in Th2 development. Overall design: Triplicate samples of WT and CXCR5-deficient cDC1 and cDC2 dendritic cell populations were isolated for RNA-seq.
