EnzyProp datasets and corresponding PDB structures

This record provides the training and test datasets used in EnzyProp, together with the corresponding PDB structure files. EnzyProp is a structure-aware toolkit for enzyme property prediction from protein sequence and structure information. The data in this record support model development and evaluation for three enzyme properties:- topt: optimal temperature- phopt: optimal pH- pi: isoelectric point Files included in this record:- training and test data tables- corresponding PDB structure files This record is intended to support reproducibility and downstream evaluation of the EnzyProp framework.
