This dataset is a structured knowledge base titled "TCM Syndrome-Symptom-Inquiry Knowledge Base for Common Cold". It compiles in-depth clinical inquiry logic and associated information for common cold, which covers six major syndromes: Wind-Cold Attaching the Exterior, Wind-Heat Invading the Exterior, Damp-Heat Attacking the Exterior, Qi-deficiency Common Cold, Yin-deficiency Common Cold, and Yang-deficiency Common Cold, along with their related symptoms. The core content of this dataset includes multi-dimensional classification of symptoms (e.g., exterior-affecting, nasal, throat, systemic, etc.), extraction of TCM characteristic traits of symptoms, correlation analysis between pain nature and accompanying symptoms based on syndromes, and standardized, time-sequenced clinical inquiry pathways that cover past medical history, onset time, aggravating/relieving factors, frequency, duration, environmental and behavioral triggering factors, etc. This dataset is designed to facilitate TCM clinical syndrome differentiation assistance, teaching and training, development of intelligent inquiry systems, as well as precision recommendation and efficacy analysis of traditional Chinese medicines (including proprietary Chinese medicines).
