资源简介:
Gliotoxins are epipolythiodioxopiperazine toxins produced by the filamentous fungi, which show great potential in the treatment of liver and lung cancer because of itscytotoxicity. In this study, three novel genes related to gliotoxin biosynthesis, g liT ,g liM2 and g liK encoding thioredoxin reductase, O-methyltransferase and gammaglutamylcyclotransferase, respectively, from the deep-sea-derived fungus Geosmithiapallida were cloned from G. pallida based on transcriptomic data, and then expressed in Escherichia coli, which would lay a foundation for the mechanism elucidation of the gliotoxinbiosynthesis in G. pallida.
