The dataset comprises isoform expression profiles (FPKM) analyzed using the STAR_StringTie pipeline (STAR_StringTie_isoform_FPKM_42labs.txt), and alternative splicing (AS) event quantification (PSI) results using the STAR_StringTie_SUPPA2 pipeline (STAR_StringTie_SUPPA2_event_PSI_42labs.txt) across 42 real-world laboratories. "Quartet_junction_annotated_truth_c1" and "Quartet_junction_novel_truth_c1" represent the junction reference datasets for the Quartet reference materials, generated using the long-reads sequencing technology,
