Transcriptome analysis of Lasiodiplodia theobromae cultured on PDB medium and PDB-matcha mixed medium during different periods

Lasiodiplodia theobromae is a pathogen that causes leaf spot on tea plant (Camellia sinensis), and causes decline in both the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by L. theobromae was firstly found in Huishui county, Guizhou Province, China. The differential expression genes coupled with bioinformatics between L. theobromae cultured on PDB medium and PDB-matcha mixed medium during different cultured periods can help us understand the pathogenesis mechanism of L. theobromae and infer biological processes based on function.
