资源简介:
Researchers administered in-person surveys utilizing structured questionnaires at various locations visited by both residents and tourists in Baekhak-myeon and Jangnam-myeon, Yeoncheon-gun, Korea. The surveys were conducted between September and November 2022 (IRB No. 2209/003-008). A total of 424 participants, comprising 189 residents and 235 tourists, took part in the survey. To enhance response rates and the sincerity of responses, respondents were incentivized with gifts, such as umbrellas or gift cards worth KRW 5,000. Before the main survey, a pilot test was conducted involving 10 individuals majoring in planning and tourism. Following revisions based on their feedback, the final questionnaire in Korean was completed for the survey. The survey included attribute satisfaction questions related to the research site, as well as inquiries about overall satisfaction, life satisfaction, and demographic backgrounds. Satisfaction with the attributes constituting the place of residence or destination was measured using a 7-point Likert-type scale, ranging from 1 ("very dissatisfied") to 7 ("very satisfied"), encompassing 16 attributes as utilized in prior research studies. Overall satisfaction was measured as overall residential satisfaction for residents and overall visit satisfaction for tourists (My trip to this place was well worth the money I felt to take it/I did the right thing when I choose to make my holiday here/I am satisfied with the decision to visit here) by 7-point Likert-type scale (from 1 strongly disappeared" to 7 "strongly agree"). Life satisfaction was measured by 7-point Likert-type scale (from 1 strongly disagree" to 7 "strongly agree") in five questions of Satisfaction with Life Scale.
